I've been studying the problem for quiet a while and I think it will never come to a draw... after 1. g7+ Kg8 2. Be5 h1=Q 3. f3 Qg2 (instead of Ra1) 'cause it will prevent the mating threat at h7 by sacrificing the Queen at g6

You are correct in claiming that 3...Qg2 4.Be4 Qg6+ 5. Bxg6 fxg6 indeed has prevented the Bh7# threat. But the continuation 6.f7+! Kxf7 7.Kh7 ensures that white can promote the g7-pawn next with at least a draw - probably a win.
