The "cool" qualification should be used with responsibility, KNOWLEDGE and honesty.
WHY my problem 4440, with a 1888 rating deserves a 1?
If someone doesn't know what a chess problem is, please, learn before insulting the work of others.
The "cool" qualification must be personalized and justified, or eliminated.
