ProfMoxie is:

A. learning
B. owns a Mac and thus has no access to chess problem software to check his compositions
C. absent-minded (despite his best efforts) and thus misses things

If you want an absolutely error-free (and thus cook-free) site, then administer some sort of test and only people who pass the test can post. Otherwise, stop being cranky and unsocial.

P.S. Before the advent of computers, it was common for chess problems to be published with cooks included.
