problem 1346 Needs to be taken off. It says mate in 3 but it is not. It does not take into consideration all of blacks possible moves. I have seen a few other problems similiar to this. If your problem is not accurate then do not post it!

As far as problem #1346 goes:

It states Kg6 Ke8!!!!

This problem does not at all consider KE7 to avoid mate.

This is insufficient. It is still not a mate in 3, and it is not a helpmate either.
I agree with Brewski, this problem and numerous others on the site should be removed!

I suggest a "Check mate" in the problem editor that checks whether a given position is really a mate in #n. For n <= 5 this should be feasible, and for n <= 3 the check should be enforced.
